a photographer’s journal

My website has always been a polished showcase of commissioned work, however, I have come to realise that the process that leads to the finished product is as equally meaningful to show and tell. The intention of this ‘journal’ is to complement my architectural work with some behind-the-scenes reporting, as well as introducing my pictorial travel tales.

Fresh update

Having been involved in so many interesting projects last year I decided to give my entire online architectural portfolio and branding a facelift. In addition, I have dug deep into my travel photography archive and begun to put together some photo-stories - watch this space for upcoming additions!

Downtime in Cuba - a winter adventure

So far the winter months this year have kept me busy and on my toes, preventing any dust from settling on my cameras. From next week I will be taking a month out, together with my wife and baby daughter, to relax and recharge. Our destination of choice has been whittled down to Cuba, which I can’t wait to begin! Havana, the capital of Cuba, is known as a street photographers’ dream, a real treasure-trove of architectural gems. I will be armed, as always, with my little Fujifilm digital rangefinder slung on my shoulder. Photographic report to follow.

I will be back behind the camera at the end of February and I look forward to continuing to collaborate with my existing clients, as well as with new ones in 2019 - get in touch. To receive updates on new content subscribe here.
