Shuffling endlessly around trade shows can leave visitors with large appetites. Tasked with coming up with a functional concept, LBGO Architekten designed three modular catering units to serve the masses. Between the enormous halls at Munich’s Messe Complex are green ‘atrium’ breakout spaces.
To adapt to various scenarios, the units open and close in numerous configurations and can be lifted into different locations as deemed necessary.
I had taken the set of images during a trade show in summer to capture its functionality in full swing, as well as to illustrate how it relates to its green context.
I wish everybody a wonderfully festive Christmas! See you in the new year.
